However, as of 10 July 2023, the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (“ DPF”) has entered into force, which enables participating organizations to transfer personal data between the EU and the US. Google undertook to comply with the DPF therefore, when using Google Analytics, the DPF should ensure the appropriate level of protection. In case the transfer would not be covered by the DPF, Google relies on contractual safeguards. Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd.)

Hotjar is a tool that analyses website user behaviour, it is provided by Hotjar Ltd., headquartered in Malta. Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics offers a tool that analyses website traffic in an aggregate form and helps to create personalized communications and conversations with the website visitors.

4. Targeting or Advertising Cookies
